Askival combines pure atmospheric/instrumental songs with epic pagan black metal, still with the same atmosphere, but including the great vocals and more instuments. In my opinion the different songs makes this album more complete and gives it a great atmosphere. The lyrics, deal with paganism and scottish nationalism, some tag it as NSBM but i myself can not find any such political views in the lyrics. Overall this is a great album which i recommend

nah man, I know someone who knows Tuagh of Askival, and while the band promotes preservation of the Scottish race, it is not NSBM at all.
